Judge Lynn

Judge Lynn was born in Binghamton, New York, and appointed to the Northern District of Texas by President Clinton in 2000.

She received her B.A. (with Highest Distinction) in 1973 from the University of Virginia, and her J.D. (Summa Cum Laude) in 1976 from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

In 1976, she became the first female Associate at Carrington Coleman Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P., and, in 1983, became its first female Partner.  She practiced law with Carrington Coleman until her appointment to the Federal bench.

Judge Lynn’s chambers are in Dallas, Texas.
