We have it on good authority that David Horan will be the newest magistrate judge in the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Horan is a 2000 graduate of Yale Law School and a 1996 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He previously clerked for Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Janet C. Hall, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Horan is presently a partner in Jones Day’s Dallas office.
